Her past experiences have fueled her particular interest in health and wellness, and she loves helping clients find creative ways to make food both nourishing and healing. Through evidence-based practice and individualized care, Faith aims to help patients form positive relationships with food that will promote long-lasting healthy habits.

I want to help my clients treat and prevent with a balanced approach. My ideal client is someone that is looking for sustainable lifestyle changes in whatever area in their life that feels unbalanced. This can be managing unhealthy eating habits, GI issues including reflux, gastroparesis, fructose malabsorption, IBS, SIBO, auto-immune, picky eaters, or general health concerns like managing cholesterol and blood pressure.

I work one on one with individuals with a focus on those wanting to optimize their nutrition for healthy weight loss, lower their blood pressure and cholesterol, manage blood sugars, and help with many other nutrition related issues. As an integrative functional dietitian nutritionist, my passion is to educate my clients about health and wellness in order to prevent nutrition-related diseases. My clients have a history of struggling to lose weight and trying allll the diets. They often first see success, but then stop making progress and become frustrated that their efforts aren't producing results. They have a history of irregular periods or PCOS and other providers have recommended birth control and weight loss but weight loss is difficult , and birth control is not the long term solution they want.
