I am a Registered Dietitian with a mission to educate others on acheiving optimal health through balanced eating and increased physical activity. My practice specializes in nutritional counselng for diabetes, weight management, food allergies, digestive disorders, heart and kidney disease.

I specialize in Sports, Fitness, and Wellness Nutrition. I have over 15 years experience in developing customized nutrition programs for individuals and athletes with either the goal of gaining weight and building lean muscle or losing weight and reducing body fat. Both can be a challenging task and I focus on the client's individual needs to determine the best course of action to develop attainable and sustainable goals without requiring dietary restrictions. I can also assist those who need assistance with designing and safe and scientific based dietary supplement program.
