Hi! I am so glad you are here. My name is Kristin Vora and I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, as well as disordered eating. I will be completing my Certified Eating Disorder Specialist credential in 2024 and I work with clients of all ages that have any of the following: Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge-Eating Disorder, EDNOS, ARFID, and Orthorexia. I also work with clients that have disordered eating, as it does not require a diagnosis to want to improve your relationship to food and your body.

Michaela is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices out of Health Loft. She strongly believes that making healthy, sustainable, and nourishing choices take time and a strong partnership between the client and herself. Changes can be difficult and you need a caring partner to help you through them and make them fun. Michaela firmly stands by the idea that being healthy not only includes nutrition, but our mental and physical health as well. Everyone is unique and Michaela believes that nutrition is not one size fits all and she works to create personalized nutrition care for each individual to result in long-lasting change.

I work with young adults, adults, and seniors with weight concerns, disordered eating, distorted body image and those in recovery from an eating disorder on developing intuitive eating habits and a healthy relationship with food and body.
