Michaela is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices out of Health Loft. She strongly believes that making healthy, sustainable, and nourishing choices take time and a strong partnership between the client and herself. Michaela firmly stands by the idea that being healthy not only includes nutrition, but our mental and physical health as well. Hi, I’m Renee Stark and I’ve been a Registered Dietitian since 2016 and Certified Personal Trainer since 2018. Having personally faced challenges with disordered eating in the past, I have held a longstanding belief that the root of achieving good overall health lies not in the specific foods we consume, but rather in the intricate relationship we have with food and our underlying beliefs concerning it. Having experience working at an eating disorder outpatient center after college, I was introduced to the principles of intuitive eating, food-freedom, and all-foods-fit.
