Welcome! My name is Natalie Butler, I am a registered dietitian and my passion is to help individuals normalize their relationship with food through supportive nutrition counseling. I am not currently accepting new patients at this time.

I specialize in Sports, Fitness, and Wellness Nutrition. I have over 15 years experience in developing customized nutrition programs for individuals and athletes with either the goal of gaining weight and building lean muscle or losing weight and reducing body fat. Both can be a challenging task and I focus on the client's individual needs to determine the best course of action to develop attainable and sustainable goals without requiring dietary restrictions. I can also assist those who need assistance with designing and safe and scientific based dietary supplement program.

I am passionate about helping others find freedom in their relationship with food, peace with their body size and a renewed mindset about health and wellness. I provide nutrition therapy from a non-diet and weight inclusive approach and I teach Intuitive Eating principles through the lens of biblical truths. I desire for all my clients to walk away feeling physically better, more confident in their relationship with food and eating patterns.

Hello! I am so happy you're here. I'm Ava Conrad a Registered and Licensed Dietitian. I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, such as Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge-Eating Disorder, OSFED, ARFID, and Orthorexia, as well as disordered eating through the Health At Every Size (HAES), intuitive eating, and mindfulness approaches. I'm also currently under supervision for my Certified Eating Disorder Specialist credential.

Michaela is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices out of Health Loft. She strongly believes that making healthy, sustainable, and nourishing choices take time and a strong partnership between the client and herself. Changes can be difficult and you need a caring partner to help you through them and make them fun. Michaela firmly stands by the idea that being healthy not only includes nutrition, but our mental and physical health as well. Having personally faced challenges with disordered eating in the past, I have held a longstanding belief that the root of achieving good overall health lies not in the specific foods we consume, but rather in the intricate relationship we have with food and our underlying beliefs concerning it. Having experience working at an eating disorder outpatient center after college, I was introduced to the principles of intuitive eating, food-freedom, and all-foods-fit. These are the same concepts that I continue to embrace today.
