As an eating disorder specialized registered dietitian, it's one of my core values for every one of my clients to feel their voice is respected and their needs are honored during the recovery process. I tailor all recommendations in consideration of your food sensitivities, variety limitations, and GI issues (whether due to the eating disorder or preexisting), such as constipation, diarrhea, bloating, and intolerances.
