For 34 years I have been devoted to helping people change their relationship with food. I currently serve as the Associate Director of Health Coaching & Intuitive Eating at Rebellious Wellness Counseling. I am credentialed in Intuitive Eating and use that philosophy as a baseline to help my clients create life-long behavioral changes. Having maintained a 50 pound weight loss myself, I understand the need for a personalized program that will break the dieting cycle.

I have been working as a health coach for the past 15+ years and now serve as the Director of Health Coaching & Intuitive Eating at RWC. My clients would describe me as dynamic and passionate, and it’s important to me to bring those qualities to everyone I work with. I strive to leverage my innate personal compassion, warmth, and authenticity coupled with my professional expertise to provide a tailored approach to each individualized coaching session. My goal is to foster confidence, knowledge, and healthy lifestyle behavioral changes.

Hescott Nutrition Services offer nutrition services and holistic health coaching for chronic disease prevention. With 10 plus years of experience working with a diverse population, she believes in using patient-centered care and a culturally sensitive approach to helping each client reach their individualized nutrition goals. Research shows that the leading causes of death and disability in America are modifiable chronic diseases like diabetes, heart disease, chronic kidney disease, and stroke with key lifestyle risk factors being poor nutrition, lack of physical activity, tobacco, and excessive alcohol use.

I became a Registered Dietitian because I am passionate about food, wellness, and helping others. My passion for nutrition strengthens each and every day, as I grow and gain further knowledge in the field. Throughout the last few years, I have broadened my horizons when it comes to the nutrition field. This has allowed me to grow and realize where my passions lie in the nutrition world. Over the past few years, I have helped countless clients of all ages achieve their goals - whether that be weight loss, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, high cholesterol - you name it, I've treated it!

I am also a Licensed Esthetician, Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga and Pilates Instructor as well as Thai Yoga Massage Practitioner. My clients range from those who are chronically ill and dealing with challenges such as diabetes, obesity, hypertension and injuries to those who are very healthy but want to be educated on how to improve their health further. I consult each person based on their desired health goals in reaching optimal health. With my training I am able to design exercise programs, provide nutritional protocols as well as stress relief through yoga, pilates, Thai massage, Reiki and Nutritional Cellular Cleansing.

Working as a nationally recognized Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. My vision of REAL HEALTH is built upon the notion that we must focus on the Whole Body versus any single part alone. That being said our bodies need plant powered foods, movement, and less exposure to processed foods or environmental toxins. I work with clients closely to enable them to better respond to their individual needs. EveryBODY is unique and individual needs vary based on genetics and other factors. As a dietitian for over 19 years, I have helped a wide range of clients from pediatrics to geriatrics. I believe in the medicinal value of food and focus my efforts on the inclusion verse the exclusion of foods. Rachel graduated from West Chester University, Honors College XVI with a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics in 2018. She completed her dietetic internship at Immaculata University and graduated with her Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from Immaculata in May 2022. Rachel is a non-diet dietitian who believes in intuitive eating and is a HAES health at every size provider. She is passionate about walking alongside her clients as they seek to heal their relationship with food and their bodies, and re-discover the joy of eating!

Barbara Lewin is an internationally recognized sports nutritionist, registered dietitian and functional dietitian. She is the owner of sports-nutritionist.com. Barbara works with serious athletes, including Olympic contenders, triathletes, members of the NFL, NHL and NBA and all types of endurance and ultra-endurance racing. For over 25 years she has been teaching athletes effective and realistic ways to improve their health, optimize performance and successfully manage their weight. She also enjoys working with young athletes, teaching them how to improve their health and performance and get an edge on the competition.
