I work with adolescents and adults who are hoping to build a better relationship with food and their bodies. I spent 7 years working in a facility that provided inpatient, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient treatment for people healing from eating disorders; thus I have extensive experience helping people build skills and break down barriers so that they can reclaim their relationships with food. In my private practice, I have worked with clients who are healing from eating disorders, and those building new relationships with food having struggled with disordered eating, chronic dieting, and eating issues in general.

Chandler Ray is a dietitian passionate about teaching others the healing and nurturing power of food. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutritional Sciences from Penn State University and completed her Dietetic Internship at the University of Maryland. Chandler specializes in many different areas of nutrition including, but not limited to: weight management, inflammation management, eating disorders, food allergies/sensitivities, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, diabetes, and pediatric nutrition. She also offers custom meal planning, genetic testing, food sensitivity testing, and micronutrient deficiency testing.

Welcome, I am so glad you're here! I am a Registered Dietitian located in New Jersey. I specialize in providing nutrition counseling for individuals who have eating disorders and disordered eating. I am also thrilled to work with those who might not fall into the previous categories but are looking for a better way to explore nutrition, their health and find a way of eating and living that is individualized and feels best for them. I provide primarily virtual services at this time. I am an anti- diet dietitian! This means I don’t prescribe diets unless you have a medical condition that requires specific medical nutrition therapy.

Kristen gained her experience with working with clients who have eating disorders while at the Medical Center at Princeton with the inpatient and partial programs, treating children, adolescents, and adults. Kristen provides individual nutrition therapy, family nutrition counseling sessions, as well as coordinated care with other treatment team members. Nutritional therapy is an essential part of recovery from an eating disorder.

I believe finding the right motivation and support is the key to your success. Not only will I focus on what you eat but why you eat. Emotional eating has become a much more prevalent issue for many people. My clients will have the opportunity to explore the triggers that perpetuate these unhealthy eating habits. Elena is a Registered Diettian / Nutritionist with extensive experience of over 15 years. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition and Food Science from Hunter College & City University and completed a dietetic internship program at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York. She is an accredited member of the American Nutrition Academy and completed her Certificate of Training in Weight Management. My areas of expertise are: Weight management - Eating disorders - Stress management - Hormonal imbalances - Diabetes - Hypertension - Cardiovascular disease - Thyroid issues - Skin concerns - Fitnesses and Wellness.

I am a Registered Dietitian with over 18 years of experience working with children, families and adults with multiple medical issues or personalized weight loss or behavior change goals. I have a passion for helping individuals and families develop their own unique set of healthy lifestyle changes. I have over 14 years of experience in pediatrics and eating disorders as well.

I believe that nutrition counseling is an individualized process. Each and every client that I work with is unique and has different needs, lifestyles, and goals. Samantha is a registered dietitian in the state of New Jersey. She graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from West Chester University in Pennsylvania. She attended Rutgers Unviersity for her Dietetic Internship and graduated in 2012. Samantha worked as lead nutrition therapist at the University Medical Center of Princeton at Plainsboro Center for Eating Disorders Care and a dietitian at Center for Discovery. She has experience working across multiple levels of care. She specializes in working with children and adults with eating disorders and avoidant restrictive food intake disorder.

I am passionate about helping people develop a peaceful relationship with food and their body. I specialize in helping clients heal from chronic dieting, disordered eating and eating disorders. I combine medical nutrition therapy with advanced training in eating disorders, intuitive eating, yoga, mindfulness, and somatic practices. I believes in an integrative approach, blending evidenced based science with Eastern philosophies and embodiment practices to help people recover and live full, meaningful lives.
