I am a Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor who is deeply passionate about helping individuals heal their relationship with food and make peace with their bodies. Since graduating, I have gained extensive experience in providing nutrition counseling to individuals with a wide range of health concerns. Most recently, I worked in a residential treatment facility where she helped adolescents with eating disorders work towards food freedom through a non-diet, weight-inclusive approach.

I have a passion for helping individuals and families develop their own unique set of healthy lifestyle changes. I have over 14 years of experience in pediatrics and eating disorders as well.

I believe that nutrition counseling is an individualized process. Each and every client that I work with is unique and has different needs, lifestyles, and goals. As a result, I take a great deal of time and care to ensure they each receive the support, guidance, and expertise they deserve. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Dietetics with a specialization in Health Promotion at Michigan State University and my Master of Science in Dietetics from D'Youville College. My goal is to help my clients achieve their health and wellness goals while also helping them realize that eating healthy is not only optimal for living their best life, but also can be really simple and fun.

Over the past 40 plus years, I have worked in healthcare settings ranging from wellness centers in integrative and functional nutrition to hospital and medical offices.

Robert Hildebrandt, originally from Morris County, New Jersey, has moved to Ocean Country where he is able to specialize in Weight Loss and Diabetes Management. Robert teaches Diabetes Self Management Education Group Programs and Heart Disease Prevention Group Programs. He works with residents in all areas of New Jersey. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Food and Nutrition from the College of Saint Elizabeth in 2016 then completed his Dietetic Internship at Inspira Medical Center in Vineland, New Jersey in 2017.

Why would someone want to work with me? What makes me different? I believe that each client is a person not what ails them at the time they are seeking help. Clients I treat as individuals and there is not one protocol or approach for each person. I usually see clients who have already tried mainstream medical care and are just not finding the relief they sought. They know there is more work to do however, they are possibly not being heard by their current healthcare providers or not at their optimal state of health that they know they can feel or once felt.

Dr. Mavis Ermakov is an advocate for health and wellness, keen on promoting health literacy and access to healthcare for all. I have been trained as a Registered Dietitian, with multidisciplinary training as a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. In conjunction with more than thirty years of experience in healthcare in various settings, she has essential diabetes skills to adapt care and nutrition intervention that is culturally sensitive to meet a wide variety of health needs from infancy to senior care. She has a passion for taking care of patients with diabetes mellitus.

As a a Registered Dietitian with over 10 years of experience in weight management, medical nutrition therapy, eating disorders, mindful eating, obesity treatment and more, I work with clients to make healthy eating realistic and enjoyable. I don't believe in "diet plans," rather I support people in incorporating a variety of foods into their everyday lives.
