I am a Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor who is deeply passionate about helping individuals heal their relationship with food and make peace with their bodies. Since graduating, I have gained extensive experience in providing nutrition counseling to individuals with a wide range of health concerns. Most recently, I worked in a residential treatment facility where she helped adolescents with eating disorders work towards food freedom through a non-diet, weight-inclusive approach.

Dr. Mavis Ermakov is an advocate for health and wellness, keen on promoting health literacy and access to healthcare for all. I have been trained as a Registered Dietitian, with multidisciplinary training as a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. In conjunction with more than thirty years of experience in healthcare in various settings, she has essential diabetes skills to adapt care and nutrition intervention that is culturally sensitive to meet a wide variety of health needs from infancy to senior care. She has a passion for taking care of patients with diabetes mellitus.

I specialize in working with people who struggle with their body image and want to have a healthier relationship with food as well as reach their nutrition goals. My main clients are those men and women who are unsure where to start and are looking for guidance. Clients who might want to lose weight but have always been dieting and restricting and may suffer from an eating disorder. Robert Hildebrandt, originally from Morris County, New Jersey, has moved to Ocean Country where he is able to specialize in Weight Loss and Diabetes Management. Robert teaches Diabetes Self Management Education Group Programs and Heart Disease Prevention Group Programs. He works with residents in all areas of New Jersey. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Food and Nutrition from the College of Saint Elizabeth in 2016 then completed his Dietetic Internship at Inspira Medical Center in Vineland, New Jersey in 2017.

I work with adolescents and adults who are hoping to build a better relationship with food and their bodies. I spent 7 years working in a facility that provided inpatient, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient treatment for people healing from eating disorders; thus I have extensive experience helping people build skills and break down barriers so that they can reclaim their relationships with food. In my private practice, I have worked with clients who are healing from eating disorders, and those building new relationships with food having struggled with disordered eating, chronic dieting, and eating issues in general.
