I help clients feel great, inside and out! My ideal client wants to stop yo-yo dieting, and stop physically punishing themselves at the gym for their last meal. They want to enjoy food sans guilt, exercise to feel good, and celebrate their body's successes. They'd like to train to be strong and flexible, both mentally and physically. Why? Because my ideal client wants to be able to move well and keep up with their kids and/or grandkids. They don't want to worry about getting up off of the floor. They want more energy, a clear mind, confidence, and pain-free movement.

Having more than 10 years of diverse experience with a variety of medical conditions, Thomas affiliates with several hospitals and cooperates with many other doctors and specialists.

Hi, I’m Renee Stark and I’ve been a Registered Dietitian since 2016 and Certified Personal Trainer since 2018. Having personally faced challenges with disordered eating in the past, I have held a longstanding belief that the root of achieving good overall health lies not in the specific foods we consume, but rather in the intricate relationship we have with food and our underlying beliefs concerning it. Having experience working at an eating disorder outpatient center after college, I was introduced to the principles of intuitive eating, food-freedom, and all-foods-fit. These are the same concepts that I continue to embrace today.

We align food desires, cravings, and appetite to achieve goals. We also address factors that influence calorie intake and expenditure such as stress, sleep, and exercise. Client goals typically include, but are not limited to increasing weight loss, improving body composition, and enhancing athletic performance. We also focus on improving indicators such as blood lab values (HgA1C, Iron and other minerals, vitamins, etc.), blood pressure, oxygen levels, and the like so they are within accepted ranges.
