I am a licensed, registered dietitian with over 25 years of expertise in counseling individuals on nutrition. I enjoy working with clients and helping them make life-long changes in their eating habits, addressing not only what foods to eat, but how to eat, when to eat, and why we eat. Hi! I’m Jo. I’ve been a pediatric dietitian for over five years and have worked with a diverse range of patients—from infants leaving the NICU to teenagers leaving for college. I speak with families for a variety of nutrition concerns, including managing picky/restrictive eating behaviors, poor growth, food allergies, celiac disease, irritable bowel disease, and both type 1 and 2 diabetes. Discussing weight and food choices can feel very personal for both parents and children; my role is to support the whole family and help make achieving nutrition goals as easy as possible.

Victoria W. Goodman, DSC,RD,LDN,CLT is a registered dietitian and nutrition therapist with a private practice in Pennsylvania and Maryland. Due to safety concerns with COVID- 19, she now offers virtual appointments only via platforms such as Zoom or FaceTime, or by telephone. Not only is Victoria accomplished in the science of medical nutrition therapy, she is passionate about promoting healthy dietary and lifestyle changes and has helped a diverse group of clients obtain their individual goals. Rachel graduated from West Chester University, Honors College XVI with a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics in 2018. She completed her dietetic internship at Immaculata University and graduated with her Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from Immaculata in May 2022. Rachel is a non-diet dietitian who believes in intuitive eating and is a HAES health at every size provider. She is passionate about walking alongside her clients as they seek to heal their relationship with food and their bodies, and re-discover the joy of eating!

A&L Brown Dietitian, Andrew Brown, is a Registered Dietitian (RD) and Licensed Dietitian-Nutritionist (LDN) and a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics with 7 years experience in a clinical setting. He has also trained in food service management and community nutrition. His experience includes hospitals, nursing homes, school/college cafeterias, and inner city nutrition programs. He has worked with clients involving many medical conditions, diseases, and weight gain/loss cases.
