Dana is a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist, Licensed Professional Counselor, specializing in Weight Management, Eating Disorders and Sports Nutrition. She works with clients on an interpersonal level in order to provide quality care that goes beyond just basic nutrition services. Nikita Grove is a licensed registered dietitian serving Pennsylvania and Delaware. Her practice focuses on providing nutrition counseling to individuals and teaching vinyasa yoga in her community. Growing up on her family farm, Nikita learned to respect where food comes from and developed her passion for wholesome, locally sourced food. She specializes in preventative wellness, cancer survivorship and nutrition education about food sourcing and responsbile farming its fundamental role for the body and planet.
