I combine 20 years of experience and education in Holistic Nutrition & Natural Medicine with the cutting-edge science of Functional Medicine to uncover the root cause of your health concern. I then use safe and effective therapies very specific for each client including functional foods, supplements, herbs, lifestyle & home environment modifications. I also teach relaxation techniques and emotional well-being tools for a Body-Mind-Spirit approach. This allows your body and its natural wisdom to heal itself on all levels. I simply support and enhance the process.

With over a decade as a dietitian and 7 of those years specializing in functional medicine, my experiences have shaped me into the dietitian I am today. My passion lies in helping people with chronic issues find relief with the power of nutrition and lifestyle changes. I enjoy working with individuals with GI issues, food sensitivities/intolerances, autoimmune disorders, hormone imbalance, thyroid issues, adrenal fatigue, and a variety of other health issues. I completed my training as an Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner through the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy in 2017.
