Samantha is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who obtained her bachelors degree in Nutritional Sciences from The Pennsylvania State University. Then she went on to complete her Dietetic Internship with Virginia Tech. Samantha prioritizes her patients health goals first and foremost. She is especially passionate about helping clients with sustainable weight management (weight gain or weight loss). As well as helping clients navigate nutrition with GI issues, skin issues, and diabetes management.

Hi! I'm Katie, a functional and integrative dietitian and yoga and meditation teacher. I am passionate about utilizing a whole being approach to guide you in improving your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. You are not alone in your desire to feel good physically and mentally, while also wanting to have a positive relationship with food and your body and feel more confident in your skin and in your life. The Center for Counseling Families specializes in individuals, children, couples, and families. We offer a variety of specialties that include weight loss support, bariatric therapy, surgical evaluations, trauma-informed hypnotherapy, and immigration evaluations. The therapists that work at the center are offering in-person and video conferencing sessions. Gena is a registered dietitian specializing in working with adults with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, GI Disorders (IBS, IBD, Low FODMAP), PCOS, and Pre/Post Natal Care. Gena believes eating should always be an enjoyable experience and feels it's her passion to help people find that joy in balanced eating. She has seen and felt the positive impact that food can have on one's physical and mental well-being; and she is passionate about helping individuals build healthy and long-lasting habits that improve their quality of life, happiness, and longevity.

At Potomac Nutrition, I work collaboratively with patients in a virtual or in-person setting to reach their nutrition and health goals. I have been practicing nutrition counseling for 4 years helping patients with a variety of concerns such as autoimmune disease, endocrine disease, relationship with food, digestive health, heart health, women's health and PCOS, athletic performance, and weight concerns.

Kristina is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices out of Health Loft. She believes in creating a supportive environment for behavior change. Change is difficult and vulnerable, and Kristina knows the importance of empathy and compassion in this work. Kristina believes in Health at Every Size and weight-inclusive care. She believes that health incorporates emotional, physical, and mental wellbeing.
