Helena is a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist in the VA, DC, and MD area who is dedicated to helping her clients re-discover a healthy relationship with food and their body.Over the years she has found a deep connection working with co-morbid health challenges that many times accompany disordered eating such as gastrointestinal conditions, Crohn’s Disease, and Hormonal Imbalances. She has strong experience working with the Binge Eating Population, along with other disorder. In all her practices she leads with the Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size(HAES) principles as she guides her clients towards food freedom

I accept Insurance or private pay option. Having issues with managing Diabetes, getting a better control of A1C, weight gain, high cholesterol, hypertension or suffering with GI issues. I can HELP! I believe in “Patient-Provider Partnership” and believe in "empowering patients” through education in order to understand disease state and be a partner in decision making, managing health with better nutrition. I am also experienced in medical Nutrition Therapy for cardiovascular disease, oncology, pre and post bariatric surgery nutrition, GI disorders, polycystic ovarian disease, IBS, gastropareses etc.

Samantha is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who obtained her bachelors degree in Nutritional Sciences from The Pennsylvania State University. Then she went on to complete her Dietetic Internship with Virginia Tech. Samantha prioritizes her patients health goals first and foremost. She is especially passionate about helping clients with sustainable weight management (weight gain or weight loss). As well as helping clients navigate nutrition with GI issues, skin issues, and diabetes management.

I am passionate about helping people with chronic conditions by guiding them in creating healthy experiences that restore, build and nourish through insightful nutrition and herbal counseling and nutrition education.
