I am offering in person and telehealth options. I work with individuals struggling with eating disorders from ages 17 and up that have motivation to change and are willing to provide open and honest communication about their needs. I am here to support you in your goals to the best of my ability.

You will be treated from an accepting, person-centered, evidence-based, lifestyle medicine approach with all natural options. I specialize in helping you align your behaviors with your values through evidence-based coaching methods of communicating while remaining genuine and supportive throughout the process of change and maintenance. I also provide Telehealth visits for those anywhere with direct pay, and those in Washington State with a variety of insurances listed in my profile.
