I work with clients to create a PLANT-BASED vegan or vegetarian personalized nutrition plan that may include recommendations, sample menus, nutrient analysis and recipe ideas. I have over 20 years' experience as a Vegan Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) providing counseling and personalized nutrition plans as well as developing sustainable food and nutrition education programs for schools and community partners.
