Hi! I’m Jo. I’ve been a pediatric dietitian for over five years and have worked with a diverse range of patients—from infants leaving the NICU to teenagers leaving for college. I speak with families for a variety of nutrition concerns, including managing picky/restrictive eating behaviors, poor growth, food allergies, celiac disease, irritable bowel disease, and both type 1 and 2 diabetes. Discussing weight and food choices can feel very personal for both parents and children; my role is to support the whole family and help make achieving nutrition goals as easy as possible.

Kate takes her body liberation practice out of the office and into her community through her offerings of yoga and pilates in the Philadelphia area.

Holly is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices out of Health Loft, specializing in working with adults and adolescents with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, IBS, and Digestive issues. Holly is passionate about assisting her clients find peace with food and their bodies. She uses a weight inclusive and non-judgemental approach to support her patients in breaking harmful cycles of dieting. Holly has 3 years of experience treating clients with eating disorders in higher levels of care including residential (RES) and partial hospitalization program (PHP).
