Gena is a registered dietitian specializing in working with adults with Disordered Eating, GI Disorders (IBS, IBD, Low FODMAP), PCOS, and Pre/Post Natal Care. Gena believes eating should always be an enjoyable experience and feels it's her passion to help people find that joy in balanced eating. She has seen and felt the positive impact that food can have on one's physical and mental well-being; and she is passionate about helping individuals build healthy and long-lasting habits that improve their quality of life, happiness, and longevity.

Hello there! I describe myself as a HAES, non-diet, Registered Dietitian who specializes in sports nutrition and care for disordered eating, eating disorders, and body image concerns. I am passionate about working with all diverse folks, and also have expertise working with PCOS and diabetes management.

In my practice, Eats with Emily, I help women identify and address the root causes of their gut and skin problems through the power of functional medicine. I leverage functional labs, your symptoms and history, diet, and lifestyle to create a unique action plan that allows you to get back to enjoying food again and living without the stress of unwanted symptoms. I offer a 4-month fully virtual, high tough program that allows us to dig into your root causes, create a personalized plan for healing and set the foundation for on-going wellness.
