I specialize in treating insulin resistance and fatty liver disease and preventing Type 2 Diabetes and heart disease as well as neurometabolic concerns - depression, anxiety, and ADHD. I also work with clients who have IBS and GERD and chronic, inflammatory illnesses such as autoimmune diseases. My mission to help my clients heal symptoms from the root causes using both dietary and lifestyle modifications and management. I believe that most chronic diseases are preventable, and can be treated, or at least managed well, using lifestyle medicine.

My primary focus lies in providing weight inclusive nutrition support to neurodivergent individuals, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, intellectual disabilities, and mental health challenges such as anxiety and depression. Additionally, I have experience working with clients managing chronic health conditions like diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and heart disease.
