I am trained in Family Based Treatment (FBT) which I use in combination with Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EFFT). I am passionate about supporting and empowering parents/caregivers and including them in child, teen and young adult eating disorder treatment. I am able to see clients in person and virtually.

For Ellen, it all comes down to discovering the root cause of a client's symptoms. She is a skilled nutritional detective and provides her clients with a personalized, step-by-step plan to address blocking factors while rebalancing and strengthening the body. She sees clients nationwide via phone and Zoom, and offers functional testing in order to customize diet, lifestyle and supplement programs.
