Clients I treat as individuals and there is not one protocol or approach for each person. I usually see clients who have already tried mainstream medical care and are just not finding the relief they sought. They know there is more work to do however, they are possibly not being heard by their current healthcare providers or not at their optimal state of health that they know they can feel or once felt.

I specialize in creating a nutrition plan for adolescents and adults based on hidden sugars and fats. My approach does not include counting calories. My nutrition program is customized specifically for you based on your goals. My weekly weigh in's will keep you accountable and motivated. My goal is to make this a lifestyle change and not a diet. I became a Registered Dietitian because I am passionate about food, wellness, and helping others. My passion for nutrition strengthens each and every day, as I grow and gain further knowledge in the field.
