I am a Registered Dietitian specializing in the treatment of eating disorders. I use the Health at Every Size approach (Intuitive Eating) in my work with people struggling with Binge Eating Disorder and compulsive overeating. I am a provider with most insurance companies.

I am a Sports Dietitian and Eating Disorder Dietitian. I find joy in helping athletes to fuel their bodies for performance as opposed to a body size. I specialize in assessing and addressing symptoms of RED-S and Low Energy Availability. I work with athletes with nutrition for post-injury recovery. I work with clients to discover the skills necessary to navigate the world of diet culture through a non-diet approach. I aim to provide a supportive and listening environment for those with eating disorders/disordered eating in finding nourishment, joy, and peace with food through the Health at Every Size philosophy.
