Your difficulties are my puzzles, and we will solve them together to make your goals attainable. I can do metabolic testing to verify roadblocks, or as a tool in learning to trust eating and your body signals. I use body fat testing for an emphasis on health, not numbers on a scale. My goal is to have to learn tools to understand yourself, make better choices regarding wellness, and to enjoy your time with me!
