I have dedicated myself to help female endurance athletes ages 15-38 find natural ways to improve their performance, energy and stamina to reach their athletic potential. Some have struggled with disordered eating patterns, several trips to the doctors without answers, low energy, hormonal issues, frequent illness, gut issues such as bloating, IBS attributed to potential food sensitivities and feeling completely overwhelmed and frustrated about the right nutritional plan for their individual needs. I get down to the root causes through alternative testing, lifestyle changes, and meal planning.

My name is Madeline Alfiero and I am the sole owner of Osea Nutrition. I am a Licensed Registered Dietitian, a certified confidence coach and mindfulness nutritionist as well as a yoga and pilates instructor. I work solely with women to help them live their best life. Women who seek nutrition counseling from me decide that it's time to put their health and wellness first. Essentially, my client's goal is to improve their quality of life and become unstoppable!
