Vita has over a decade of experience as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist helping children and adults manage a wide variety of health conditions including eating disorders, weight management, pre diabetes, type 1 and type 2 diabetes, and heart health. Vita’s approach to nutrition and lifestyle change is realistic, gentle, and non-judgmental. She aspires to help her clients develop and confidently meet health and nutrition goals while cultivating or maintaining a positive relationship with food and body image.

I am dietitian with a passion to mend your relationship with food. I desire to help my clients gain a better understanding of nutrition while gaining trust in food and their bodies through nutrition therapy. I have a Masters of Science at Columbia University in Diabetes Education and Management and offer a non-diet, weight inclusive approach to this population. My professional specialty includes assisting those with eating disorders, history of chronic dieting or bariatric surgery, PCOS, diabetes and pre-diabetes. Ultimately I love what I do and am passionate to help each individual see food as source of balance, fuel and love.
