Ilana has been a Registered Dietitian since 2017. She completed her dietetic internship at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, IL. She specializes in providing medical nutrition therapy for various neurological conditions including epilepsy, post-traumatic brain injury, stroke prevention and post-stroke management, swallowing difficulty with use of modified diets, alternative routes of nutrition. Additionally, she also provides medical nutrition therapy for gestational diabetes, high cholesterol and weight loss. Ilana enjoys getting to know her patients and working with them overtime to achieve and further goals.

I specialize in evolutionary health - using a hunter-gatherer diet, primal exercise, and gut health to lose weight and heal disease. Our ancestors ate mostly meat, fruit, honey, eggs, raw dairy, and some root vegetables for 99% of our evolution and by adopting this historic human diet, we can not only lose weight but also heal autoimmune, digestive, and chronic diseases. I also specialize in gut health which includes killing harmful bacterial and fungal infections in the gut, introducing beneficial bacteria, and healing the gut lining. I am a Licensed Nutritionist, both nationally (CNS) and in the State of MN (LN).

Suzanna is a Board Certified and Licensed Registered Dietitian. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree at Purdue University and completed her clinical internship and Masters of Business Administration at Dominican University. Suzanna has been a RD for almost 4 years and is an expert at pediatric and prenatal nutrition. However, she is the most passionate about helping anyone reach their goal.

As a former chef, I love food and helping people figure out ways to enjoy it… while simultaneously nourishing and respecting their bodies. Most of my clients choose to work with me to improve their GI function, enhance their metabolic health, and ultimately improve the quality of their life.

I take a bioindividual, root cause approach to functional nutrition with a focus on healing from a variety of chronic conditions through targeted nutrition and supplementation. I am passionate about helping people deeply heal to return to their best quality of life.

Heather is passionate about working collaboratively with her clients to help them heal their relationship with their body and food. She works with clients to facilitate changes that will improve overall quality of life. She believes that food and nutrition should not only support someone’s physical health, but their social, emotional, and mental health as well. Her own experiences have fueled her particular interest in intuitive eating, disordered eating and HAES aligned care. She loves working alongside clients to find creative ways to make food both nourishing and enjoyable.

Kelly is a non-diet Registered Dietitian, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and owner of private practice Kelly Wills Nutrition. Kelly practices in Atascadero, CA located on the beautiful Central Coast of California, and also sees clients throughout CA and other states across the US. She provides in person & virtual, weight inclusive nutrition counseling to folks struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating, chronic dieting, & body image issues. Her goal is to help people heal their relationship with food in order to open up more space and energy to start living a fulfilling and meaningful life.
