Jessica also recognizes that food is more than just fuel for the body – it is often tied to emotions, memories, and cultural traditions. As such, she helps her clients to build a positive relationship with food.

My goal is to help people include healthy eating habits and increase their awareness of the importance of health and nutrition. I love making a difference and knowing that I helped change someone's life in a positive way. There is nothing better than watching an individuals health and well being improve as a result of implementing healthy eating habits. I believe that education is the first step of disease prevention and treatment.
