“"As a clinical nutritionist, I offer individual nutritional counseling with the goal of your optimal health and wellness. Clinical nutrition applies nutrition therapeutically, considering your unique needs and health status. Conventional therapies often address symptoms, rather than the true underlying cause(s). I can help you define your individual nutritional pallete, taking into account your unique health profile. I specialize in gastrointestinal wellness and detoxification support. Gastrointestinal health plays a central role in all other body systems, while supporting the body's detoxification mechanisms is critical in the modern world we live in.

Sarah Nicole McDougal, Nutritionist/Dietitian in Chester
“I recognize the power of food as medicine and firmly believe that we should use food first to prevent and manage chronic diseases. True health is not something that we will achieve through prescription medication alone -- it is about the choices we make every day: what we eat, and how much we move. I empower my clients to take control of their health and provide support and guidance. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition therapy and will tailor the dietary adjustments to best accommodate your personal dietary preferences and motivation/readiness to change.

“Everyone is an individual, and a nutrition plan should cater to your specific needs and lifestyle. As a Nutrition Therapist, my approach considers the many life factors that impact our health and our choices. Stress, relationships, environment, and daily habits are all taken in consideration when discussing diet and an eating plan. I am a specialist in Eating Disorders, and therefore focus in all aspects of consultation with a whole person approach to emotional well being and behavior choices. People fail at diets and recovery because they struggle to cope with life's challenges. Success will be both of our goals!

Nutritionist/Dietitian, MS, RDN, CD-N
“Most acute and chronic health challenges have an underlying nutritional component, and the body is a complex web of systems that should be looked at as a whole entity. Using an integrative approach, I help my clients by learning as much as I can about their current concerns, past history, and lifestyle. From this I develop an individualized plan that addresses the root of the problem. Change can be challenging-each person is unique and deserves a plan that addresses their needs in a manageable way.
