Everyone has an opinion, a blog, a book, and attests to incredible health from their chosen 'diet'. After 15+ years of studying nutrition and implementing various dietary practices on myself and my clients, I have arrived at some fundamental principles which I now share with my clients. I continue to research and dig deeper to uncover the truths and misconceptions about nutrition. I will have you questioning mainstream health beliefs that have been holding you back.

Nutritionist/Dietitian, MS, RD, LDN
“I believe having a healthy relationship with food is the key to attaining any nutritional goal. People are born with the ability to maintain health and weight without following strict diets. The body and the brain work together sending rich messages back and forth enabling us to sustain health while feeling satisfied. Over time many of us stop listening to our bodies. We impose rules and make judgments about the foods we eat distorting our relationship with food and our bodies. By restoring the natural body mind connection and gaining factual nutrition knowledge, you can be the healthy person you were born to be.

How can a Maryland (MD) Nutritionist help me?
Dietitians and Nutritionists in Maryland (MD) provide advice on good eating habits. They help you with your diet and how it affects your health. They assess nutrition needs and food patterns, plan a diet that's appropriate for your physical and dietary needs, and provide nutrition counseling, such as advice on dietary changes and menu plans.
