“From the moment we are born, we look for ways to be nourished. Daily our food is our primary source of life-giving energy. To create change and healing in our life, we need to integrate the three factors of self-nourishment; food choices, emotional well-being, and our daily practices of self-care. The process of self-healing is building the bridge between knowledge and action. Through the deep work of habit shifting, the bridge will be built strong enough to support a life change, overcome emotional eating, and heal the connection between our body, mind, and soul.

My mission; to empower individuals to have a healthy relationship with food and to understand that food is medicine.
