“For more than 30 years I have helped thousands of people feel better, be healthier, and have more energy. I do this by assisting each client in putting together an eating program especially tailored for her or him. In addition I often add professional quality vitamin and mineral supplements, digestive enzymes, probiotics, amino acids and other nutrients. These help alleviate or eliminate digestive complaints, increase energy, improve sleep, enhance focus and concentration. I bring a wholistic perspective to losing weight because I know there are at least 10 pieces or causes to the "puzzle" of weight loss, as well as many other health issues.
