Columbus Laser Allergy, Balanced Wellness & Nutrit
“Ginny Johnsen Rockenbaugh is a Registered Dietitian, Certified Holistic Health Practitioner and a Certified LEAP therapist with a private practice in Columbus. Her focus is allergy elimination (foods, environmental, seasonal, pets, chemicals, metals, etc) using a non-invasive technology -LZR7-that balances the body and reconditions the immune system so that you don't have to follow an elimination diet. This process calms the immune system so that allergens no longer cause issues such as Irritable bowel syndrome, Fibromyalgia, Migraine Headaches, Allergies, Sensitivities, Ulcerative Colitis, Skin Eruptions, Eczema, Non-seasonal Chronic sinusitis, and Gluten Sensitivity. No elimination diet needed with this process!
“If you have been ill for some time and have sought out medical help without resolution of your symptoms, I can help you figure out if something you are eating may be the root cause. Delayed Food Hypersensitivities, food intolerances and food allergies can produce symptoms such as headaches/migraines, irritable bowel, fibromyalgia, congestion, rhinitis, joint pain, diarrhea, GERD, reflux, constipation. Together with the results of the Mediator Release Test and the oligoantigenic diet, we can identify your specific triggers.
“I want to help you with finding a healthy well balanced relationship with food, nutrition, and your body. I can: Develop a healthy eating pattern and plan specific for you; Modify negative eating habits/disordered eating patterns; Explain the important role of food in physical functioning of the human body; Follow a nutrition prescription for a medical diet or a nutrition-related illness; Assist with activities such as grocery shopping and pantry makeovers; Help promote acceptance of food-related environments and increase food & nutrition related knowledge.
“Are you struggling with irritable bowel syndrome, migraine headaches, fibromyalgia, Crohn's disease, sinusitis, eczema or other chronic inflammatory conditions? Do you feel like your food is working against you? Your symptoms may be caused by delayed food sensitivities. As a Certified LEAP therapist utilizing the MRT test I can help identify your food triggers. When these items are removed and replaced with food that helps you heal, the pain subsides and you can get back to enjoying life.

Nutritionist/Dietitian, NTP, GAPS, MEd
“As a nutritional therapist I work with individuals struggling with digestive ailments who are looking to reclaim their health naturally. I enjoy working with clients to build a lifestyle that matches their dietary needs and that allows for healing. I am a certified GAPS practitioner and I often assist clients through the GAPS protocol of healing the digestive tract in order to balance overall health. I do not believe in a "one size fits all" approach to eating. Often I find that clients have food sensitivities that hinder digestive function, weight loss, sleep patterns, energy levels, immunity, etc.

“Too many people are suffering from chronic health problems because they are eating the wrong foods for their body. Even well intended blanket diet recommendations do not always work for everyone, especially for the person who has tried everything and are still are having chronic symptoms. This is common if the underlying cause is not being addressed. In many cases, food sensitivities are a contributor or the underlying cause of one's health issues. Conditions such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome, migraine headaches, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia and many other inflammatory conditions respond well when diet induced inflammation is detected and managed.
