Mary Baechler, Nutritionist/Dietitian in Yakima
Verified by HealthProfs.com
Nutritionist/Dietitian, MS, CN
“I understand the struggle to lose weight. I had lost a great deal of weight while training in karate. Then I moved away, was lonely, and spent many evenings making great comfort foods like spaghetti and cinnamon bread- and gaining a great deal of weight. The turning point was incredibly painful neuropathy and a diagnosis of borderline diabetic. I thought I was eating a really healthy diet; then I read and read, and low carb, high fat has helped me to lose 30 lbs, and I feel better every day, and exercise is easier. No more neuropathy and not diabetic!
