I also love working with young athletes whose aim is to perform their best and take care of their nutrition to fuel their play.
I combine science, education, empathy, and a little tough love to help people love the journey. I believe that trust and mutual understanding of each other is necessary for nutrition counseling to work. This is a relationship not a dicatatorship.
