I'm a registered dietitian with 25 plus years of experience working with individuals and teaching classes. With an advanced degree in Counseling Psychology, I use these skills to motivate and encourage my clients to reach their health goals. I am a member of the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics and Integrative & Functional Nutrition Dietetics Practice Group.
