Healthy eating doesn’t have to be complicated, include lots of rules, or take over your life. My services are individualized for YOUR life and circumstances. We don’t focus on restriction. We focus on a healthy relationship with your body and your eating. Food is meant to be delicious and be enjoyed.
Over 10 years ago, I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. It has been an interesting road, with many ups and downs. Life through treatment and beyond can be challenging, but I have found it easier to navigate with my nutrition background. I am passionate about sharing that knowledge with you and helping you on this journey!
I have been a registered dietitian for over 10 years. As a mom of four crazy kids, I understand the importance of REAL life nutrition. Food needs to be accessible and enjoyable. I want to help you have a healthy relationship with food and free up the mental space to live abundantly.
