Hi, I’m Kris Lindsey —a weight-inclusive dietitian specializing in food relationships, struggles with weight cycling, body image and family mealtimes. If your relationship with food is complicated, I'll help you gain clarity about your lived experience and guide your journey toward feeling more normalized with food. If you’re stuck in a dieting pattern and don’t know how to stop, I'll help you determine if you’re ready to make peace with food and your body. If you’re overwhelmed with food and body thoughts, I'll help you change your narratives. If family mealtimes feel hard, I can offer insights and strategies to minimize struggles.
My approach is client-centered and collaborative. We'll process and reflect upon your unique experiences with food and/or your body. We'll use your discoveries and insights to plan new direct experiences to help you move forward. The process will fuel a sense of empowerment with authentic health—cultivating a more comfortable relationship with food and body.
